"J. Scott Service Company has gone far beyond making a service call and helping a veteran in need. J. Scott Service Company answered a “NO AIR” service call. After checking the A/C system it was determined the unit needed to be replaced.

During conversation with homeowner, technician found the customer to be 86 years old and a retired Navy Pilot. Plus, he had recently gone thru surgery for cancer and was due a second surgery in less than thirty days. Our retired United States Vet stated he could not afford a new A/C system and he would have to put it off until another time.
